The Minimal Wear (MW) skin tier is right under Factory New in terms of skin quality, having only a minuscule level of degradation. Most skins within this tier have only slight signs of damage and scuffing, and a good number of them have no visible traces of wear and tear at all, making them look almost exactly the same as their Factory New versions. Minimal Wear skins have a float value between 0.7 and 0.15, and while the price does reflect their quality, it is usually hard to find a better deal in this category.
