Counter-Terrorists have two options for their spawn pistol, and the P2000 is the default one. In comparison to the alternative, the USP-S, this weapon has significantly more ammo in the reserve and an extra bullet in the magazine. Some downsides of the P2000 are its higher noise, which may be disruptive for some play styles, and lower accuracy—it’s a pistol for active, somewhat aggressive offense. The damage for both CT spawn pistols in Counter-Strike 2 is too low to be effective against armored Terrorists, so replace them with better guns when you can.
