Exceptional skins refer only to exceptional agent characters in CS2 and is displayed in a purple color. Each of the characters belonging to this tier has their own discernible identity and most of them are usually accented by a specific perk or have an interesting twist about them. Both CS2 main forces have exceptional agents in their rosters with Counter-Terrorists.
