The first Chroma collection was introduced in January 2015. We can't neglect the fact that there are two more skin collections from Chroma today. However, it seems like the most popular at the moment out of the three is the original Chroma CS2 skin collection. Maybe that's because the first Chroma collection finds the perfect balance between outrageous designs and eye-catching but straightforward pieces. On top of that, in this collection, players can discover some enhanced classic-style weapons. These types of weapons are more suitable for the veterans on the CS2 battlefield, which is not very uncommon, and maybe that's one reason why this collection is still so popular.
