WePlay AniMajor 2021 - the Last Spurt before TI10
WePlay AniMajor is the second major tournament of the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit season, which will be held from June 2nd to June 13th in the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv. This will be the second Dota 2 Major for Kyiv - the first was held at the National Palace of Arts “Ukraine” in 2017. But this time WePlay Esports Arena Kyiv has been chosen as the venue for the event.
As well as the first major of the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit season - ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, WePlay AniMajor will be closed entirely to spectators since the epidemiological situation in Kyiv does not allow guests to be received at the moment. However, this will not stop us from enjoying the tournament and cheering for our favorite teams.

Format
The format involves several stages, namely Wild Card, Group Stage and Playoffs. All the matches in the first two stages are held in Bo2 format. Matches in the Playoffs stage are held in Bo3, except the Grand Final, of which the format is Bo5.

- 6 teams on a single round-robin
- The top 2 teams go to the group stage
- The remaining teams are eliminated from the tournament
Group Stage
June 4th - June 7th, 2021
- All matches are Bo2
- 8 teams on a single round-robin
- The top 2 teams go to the upper bracket of the playoffs
- Teams with 3rd to 6th places go to the lower bracket of the playoffs
- The remaining teams are eliminated from the tournament
