Karambit knives were added to Counter-Strike in August 2013, as part of the historic Arms Deal Update, which introduced skins to the game. This assault rifle is of the Classified level, so it’s not the most difficult to obtain. As for even more common skins, SG 553 | Ultraviolet is a Mil-Spec one, and it looks decent.

CS:GO Weapon Case 2
The developers refreshed the content of the original CS:GO Weapon Case—but only in terms of firearm skins. The selection of knives remains the same, so open the CS:GO Weapon Case 2 for one of the 13 Karambit skins listed earlier in our article.
You may also hope for such rare drops as SSG 08 | Blood in the Water or the wonderful USP-S | Serum. More realistically would be to expect Five-SeveN | Case Hardened or Dual Berettas | Hemoglobin, which are great skins despite being rather common.

One purpose of this case was to support Counter-Strike esports organizations. Opening it may give you a Karambit knife—the set of Exceedingly Rare Special items in the eSports 2013 Case is exactly the same as in the CS:GO Weapon Case, including 13 Karambit knives.
Other skins worth mentioning here are P90 | Death by Kitty, a Covert splash of bright colors, and AWP | BOOM, a beautiful red sniper rifle.

eSports 2013 Winter Case
This is another Counter-Strike case released to support competitive teams. The eSports 2013 Winter Case does not introduce any new knives compared to the selection of Exceedingly Rare Special items in the CS:GO Weapon Case. So, all the 13 Karambit skins are also here.
The rest of the weapon skins in this case are not too remarkable. Some pixel-based items are still decent, like Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption and P250 | Steel Disruption. Another Mil-Spec pistol may also find a place in your heart: Five-SeveN | Nightshade. The Classified sniper rifle AWP | Electric Hive is somewhat minimalistic, but you may like the red and purple elements on the dark background.

eSports 2014 Summer Case
If you choose this CS2 Karambit case, you will have a possible drop from the same collection of knives as in the original CS:GO Weapon Case: 13 Karambit skins plus Bayonet, Flip, Gut, and M9 Bayonet knives.
As for beautiful firearm skins, the eSports 2014 Summer Case has M4A4 | Bullet Rain with super bright red elements and P2000 | Corticera with an artistic upper side. Somewhat more likely but still decent drops from this CS2 case include Desert Eagle | Crimson Web and Negev | Bratatat.

Winter Offensive Weapon Case
With the selection of Exceedingly Rare Special items being identical to the CS:GO Weapon Case, you may choose the Winter Offensive Weapon Case because of the legendary M4A4 | Asiimov. Sure, this skin is of the Covert level, and getting it is as rare an occasion as obtaining a CS2 knife. But the reward may be worth the effort!
The Winter Offensive Weapon Case has some of the most artistically beautiful weapon skins in the game, even if they are of a lower rarity level. Take a look at Sawed-Off | The Kraken, P250 | Mehndi, or MP9 | Rose Iron! These skins may justify the expense of opening the case, at least emotionally.

Operation Phoenix Weapon Case
The addition of this case to Counter-Strike was part of Operation Phoenix. Still, the developers did not change the selection of knives at all. If you decide to open the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case for a Karambit skin, a potential drop will be within the list of original Karambit knives, listed in our description for the CS:GO Weapon Case.
Why choose this case? It has AWP | Asiimov of the Covert rarity level. The rifle AK-47 | Redline is of the minimalistic dark style, but the red elements make the skin so stylish! Nothing new was added to the selection of Karambit skins in this case. Choose the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case for the standard set of 13 Karambit knives. It’s not a bad thing to say at all, as they are some of the best skins for Karambit.
Other potential drops may also be quite good for your CS2 skins collection. For example, the Covert pistol P2000 | Fire Elemental has a beautiful contrast of red flames over a blue background. The sniper rifle SCAR-20 | Cardiac is a colorful extravaganza. The rifle M4A4 | Griffin brings the spirit of epic fantasy legends.

Revolver Case
As you could guess from the name, this CS2 case has R8 Revolver skins: they are Fade of the Covert rarity and Crimson Web of the Mil-Spec level. In general, the selection of pistols in the Revolver Case is pretty good, even if they are rather cheap: Tec-9 | Avalanche and Five-SeveN | Retrobution; Desert Eagle | Corinthian and P2000 | Imperial.
As with the previous Karambit cases in our list, this one has the same selection of knives among Exceedingly Rare Special items as the very first CS:GO Weapon Case.
Chroma Case
The potential Chroma Case drops include the same knives as before (Bayonet, Flip, Gut, Karambit, and M9 Bayonet), but skins for these knives are different. You can get these CS2 Karambit knives:

Some of the general skins in the Chroma Case are really eye-catching. M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) has an impressive Eastern-style painting on the rifle body. Desert Eagle | Naga speaks of effectiveness. You may not use shotguns too often in CS2, but look at the wings on the Restricted skin Sawed-Off | Serenity. These are decent alternatives to the extremely rare Karambit drops.
Chroma 2 Case
Compared to the first Counter-Strike Chroma case, the second iteration doesn’t offer new knife skins, and has the same collection of six Karambits.
But in terms of other weapons, the Chroma 2 Case adds some super colorful items, like M4A1-S | Hyper Beast and MAC-10 | Neon Rider. The Classified pistol Five-SeveN | Monkey Business is hilarious, as it’s literally a banana. AWP | Worm God looks nice even if it’s just a Restricted skin.
Chroma 3 Case
The rifle M4A1-S | Chantico’s Fire is such a luxurious item, and you can get it from the Chroma 3 Case. The potential drops also include P250 | Asiimov of the Classified level, and Asiimov is one of the most popular skin families in Counter-Strike. Two Restricted skins here are also worthy of your attention: Tec-9 | Re-Entry and CZ75-Auto | Red Astor.
The Karambit knives in the Chroma 3 Case repeat the skin selection from the other two Chroma Cases: six possible variations.
Gamma Case
Potential drops of Karambit knives from this case are different to the previous CS2 cases from our list. You can get:

- Bright Water
- Black Laminate
- Autotronic
- Freehand
- Gamma Doppler
M9 Bayonet, Gut Knife, Flip Knife, and Bayonet knives are among other Exceedingly Rare Special items. While expecting these drops, you can take a look at knife commands in CS2. They are useful for the practical usage of this weapon.
Just having this selection of knives is reason enough to choose Gamma out of other Karambit cases. And also, you’ll find here awesome skins such as P2000 | Imperial Dragon, the Restricted sniper rifle SCAR-20 | Bloodsport, and Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo. Many of these drops cannot compensate for the case and key expenses. But the weapons are stylish enough to be happy and satisfied with having them in your Counter-Strike 2 collection.
Gamma 2 Case
In addition to the set of five Karambit knives from Gamma, the second iteration of this case has the legendary AK-47 | Neon Revolution. This skin is beautiful and expensive, but the drop rate for items of such a rarity level is not substantially higher compared to CS2 knives.
Cheaper drops include some pretty skins, such as the rifle AUG | Syd Mead and the pistol Glock-18 | Weasel.
Getting a Karambit knife is one thing, but using it effectively in CS2 is something totally different. Knife kills are considered a sign of mastery in the game, and you need good experience to deliver them.
