Dota 2 Patch 7.28 Overview
It’s hard to believe, but it has finally happened - the new Dota 2 Patch 7.28 has been released! Last night Valve surprised every Dota fan with a new hero, new items, and massive features and changes. Here you can find all the details in this full patch note. New Dota 2 Hero - Hoodwink
The character has visual similarities to Windrager. Also, he’s a rang nuker and disabler with the following abilities:
Hoodwink abilities:
- Acorn Shot The hero shoots an acorn at the selected enemy, which bounces off nearby creatures, slowing them down and dealing extra damage. Can be used on a point to create a tree, but the bounce won’t happen.
- Bushwhack Throws a booby trap that stuns enemy heroes if they approach the target tree. Enemies are drawn to it and lose sight for the duration of the stun.
- Scurry The hero has a chance to avoid physical attacks while standing near a tree. When activated, this ability speeds up movement and lets you pass through creatures and trees.
- Sharpshooter The hero prepares a lethal shot with his crossbow. It deals massive damage to the enemy hero, slowing him down and dealing depletion. The damage and duration of the effect increases with preparation time.
New Item: Aghanim’s Shard
Costs 1,400 gold. Gives each character their own improvement, which all characters received in this update. Available for purchase after 20:00.
Added a new element next to the ability interface, showing the improvements from Aghanim’s Shard and Aghanim’s Scepter for each hero, as well as their availability (an absorbed scepter is no longer shown as a positive effect). Clicking on the scepter or scepter icon with the Alt key pressed will let your allies know if the selected hero gains improvements from these items.
General Сhanges:
- The game now starts at night. The moment creeps are released, the day begins.
- The reward for killing neutral creeps no longer increases over time.
- The reward for heroes who stack neutral creeps is reduced from 40% to 30%.
- Roshan’s armour gain has increased from 0.325 to 0.375.
- Camp of ancient creeps on the side of the forces of Light is now easier to stack.
- Added story descriptions for all items.
- Location changes to the order of items in the shop interface: mostly the order has been changed to match the price changes, but some items have moved to other categories. Expendable items remain in their previous locations.
- During assembly, items will occupy the inventory cells, which are located by the item with the most similar active effect. For example, Magic Wand will appear in the Magic Stick slot, Bloodthorn in the Orchid Malevolence slot, and so on.
Neutral Creeps:
- Resistance to magic on ancient creeps reduced from 70% to 50%.
- Ancient Thundersaurus: Applying the Frenzy ability no longer interrupts movement.
- Ancient Thundersaurus: Applying the Slam ability no longer interrupts movement.
- Ancient Thundersaurus: Damage to Slam ability has increased from 70 to 250.
- Ancient Thunderdome: Slam damage has increased from 25% to 60%.
- Ancient Thunderbolt: Slam ability radius has increased from 250 to 350.
- Ancient Thundersaurus: War Drums Aura ability now given to Ancient Thundersaurus.
- Fixed War Drums Aura not working correctly.
- Ancient Granite Golem: has increased model size.
- Ancient Dragon: Cooldown of Fireball ability now has increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
- Wolfleader: Level has increased from 4 to 5.
- Ghost: Base attack interval has increased from 1 to 1.2 seconds.
Heroes Changes:
ABADDON
- Aphotic Shield: Delay before use now reduced from 0.4 to 0.3 seconds.
- Borrowed Time: Duration with scepter has increased from 5/6/7 to 6/7/8 seconds.
- Level 15 Talent: Mist Coil damage/healing bonus has increased from 48 to 50.
- Level 15 Talent: “+6 to armor” replaced by “+65 to damage”.
- Level 20 Talent: “+80 to damage” replaced with “+8 to armor”.
- Level 25 Talent: Mist Coil radius has increased from 375 to 425.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Mist Coil and Aphotic Shield cast Curse of Avernus on enemies. Increases base stall speed by 6%.
ALCHEMIST
- Unstable Concoction: Mana consumption has decreased from 120 to 90/100/110/120.
- Unstable Concoction: Charge has been reduced from 22/20/18/16 to 16 seconds.
- Acid Spray: Damage per second has increased from 15/20/25/30 to 20/25/30/35.
- Acid Spray: Now deals damage immediately, not after a delay of one second.
- Greevil’s Greed: Max Gold damage reduced from 18/22/26/30 to 18/21/24/27 (Necessary number of hits has decreased from 5/7/8/9 to 5/6/7/8).
- If you melt an Aghanim’s Scepter for an ally who already has it or its enhancement, 4,200 or 5,800 gold will be returned to its owner.
- Melted Aghanim’s Scepter grants an ally all performance bonuses.
- Additional attack and spell damage for the scepter has reduced from 30 and 6% to 20 and 5% respectively.
- Level 20 Talent: Bonus for slashing damage reduced from 30% to 25%.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: grants a new ability - Berserk Potion. Throws a potion at an ally that applies normal dispersion and grants +50 attack speed and +40 health regeneration for 10 seconds. Range: 800. Reload: 45 seconds. Mana consumption: 125. Can be used on yourself.
ANCIENT APPARITION
- Ice Blast: Max Time to Fireball reduced from 2 to 1.75 seconds.
- Chilling Touch: Mana consumption has decreased from 30/50/70/90 to 30/45/60/75.
- Aghanim’s Shard: Ice Vortex ability deals 40 damage per second and decreases attack speed by 20.
ANTI-MAGE
- Mana Break: Percentage of max mana burned has decreased from 1/2/3/4% to 1/1.8/2.6/3.4%.
- Level 15 Talent: “+12 to Agility” now replaced with “+8 to Armor”.
- Level 15 Talent: Bonus to Blink’s range has been reduced from 325 to 300.
- Level 20 Talent: “Blink leaves an uncontrollable illusion” replaced with “+0.1 damage per mana unit from Mana Void”.
- Changed improvement from Aghanim’s Scepter. Gives a new ability: Blink Fragment. Moves an uncontrollable illusion to the target unit or location, and deals 7 seconds of damage to foes. The illusion deals 50% damage, takes 250% damage, and applies Counterspell at the same time as the main hero. Reload time: 20 seconds. Mana consumption: 50. Has the same range as Blink’s ability.
- Aghanim’s Shard: A successful deflection creates an illusion that lasts 5 seconds and attacks the attacker. Removes mana consumption for Counterspell.
ARC WARDEN
- Force Gain reduced from 3.0 to 2.8.
- Changed improvement from Aghanim’s Scepter that improves Spark Wraith. When a Phantom Spark reaches an enemy unit, it creates a new Spark in its place, activating after 3 seconds although not creating a new Spark when triggered.
- Level 10 Talent: Bonus to range of Flux has reduced from 300 to 250.
- Level 15 Talent: Spell cooldown reduction has decreased from 15% to 12%.
- Level 15 Talent: Bonus to attack speed has reduced from 50 to 40.
- Level 20 Talent: “-1.5 sec. Spark Wraith cooldown” now replaced with “+150 to Spark Wraith damage.
- Level 25 Talent: “+250 to Spark Wraith damage” has been replaced with “+12 sec. of Tempest Double”.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Magnetic Field pushes enemies when applied and gives allies +20% for magic resistance.
AXE
- Battle Hunger: Range changed from 750 to 700/775/850/925.
- Changed improvement from Aghanim’s Scepter. Improves Berserker’s Call. Now it affects victims with the Battle Hunger ability. Also, Battle Hunger decreases victims’ armor by 7, while its owner gets 7 armor for each hero it affects (half for creeps). Decreases the cooldown of Berserker’s Call by 2 seconds.
- Level 10 Talent: “+20 to movement speed” replaced by “+1.75 mana per second”.
- Level 15 Talent: “+2 mana per second” replaced with “+25 to movement speed”.
- Level 15 Talent: “Counter Helix is triggered by its attacks” has been replaced with “+300 to health”.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Gives a chance to use the Counter Helix ability when under attack. Counter Helix triggers on attack, ignoring cooldowns. Increases attack speed by 20.
BANE
- Night vision has increased from 800 to 1200.
- Brain Sap: Damage type changed from magical to pure damage.
- Brain Sap: Damage type reduced from 100/200/300/400 to 75/150/225/300.
- Brain Sap: The scepter no longer reduces the delay before it is activated.
- Brain Sap: Pre-application delay has decreased from 0.4 to 0.2 seconds.
- Fiend’s Grip: Damage type changed from magical to pure damage.
- Fiend’s Grip: Damage reduction from 100/155/215 to 80/120/160.
- Nightmare and Enfeeble abilities swapped.
- Enfeeble: Significant change. Decreases attack damage by 25/35/45/55%, health recovery by 25/35/45/55% and casts spells by 30%. Lasts for 8 seconds. Does not pass through magic immunity. Reload: 20/26/12/8 seconds. Range: 1100. Mana consumption: 40/50/60/70. Pre-use delay: 0.2 seconds.
- Level 15 Talent: Bonus to spell damage has increased from 9% to 12%.
- Level 15 Talent: Bonus to spell distance has decreased from 125 to 100.
- Level 25 Talent: Brain Sap damage/treatment bonus reduced from 200 to 150.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Fiend’s Grip creates an uncontrollable illusion that applies Fiend’s Grip to the same enemy and dies instantly if interrupted. The illusion takes 750% damage. Fiend’s Grip effects do not stack on a single target.
BATRIDER
- Base armor has decreased by 1.
- Sticky Napalm: Now deals the same damage to creeps as it does to heroes.
- Sticky Napalm: Additional damage per effect reduced from 10/15/20/25 to 6/12/18/24.
- Sticky Napalm: Rotation slows down from 40/50/60/70% to 10/30/50/70%.
- Sticky Napalm: Radius has increased from 375 to 375/400/425/450.
- Firefly: Additional movement speed has decreased from 4/7/10/13% to 3/6/9/12%.
- Flaming Lasso: Charge has increased from 100/90/80 to 120/115/110.
- Flaming Lasso: Range of fire has been increased from 100 to 175.
- Flaming Lasso with Scepter: Second target lock range has increased from 550 to 600.
- Level 20 Talent: Movement speed bonus has increased from 25 to 30.
- Level 20 Talent: “-12% spell cooldown” replaced with “2 Flamebreak charges”.
- Level 25 Talent: “-10 sec. recharge Flamebreak” replaced with “-35 sec. recharge Flaming Lasso”.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Allows you to cast Flaming Lasso on an ally, granting them 80% damage resistance. When applied to an ally, it takes a cooldown of 20 seconds.
BEASTMASTER
- Wild Axes: has increased Axe damage from 30/60/90/120 to 40/70/100/130.
- Level 15 Talent: “+200 to radius of vision hawk” replaced by “+3 mana per second.
- Level 20 Talent: “+450 to health” replaced by “+50 to damage from Wild Axes”.
- Level 25 Talent: “+100 to Wild Axes” replaced with “+350 to health of hero and controlled creatures”.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Gives control over hawks. They gain the Dive Bomb ability: The hawk reveals its invisibility and after 1 second, dives at the chosen enemy unit, deals 175 damage, stuns it for 1 second and is killed. Range of application: 500.
BLOODSEEKER
- Base intelligence has reduced from 21 to 17.
- Bloodrage: Maximum health loss per second has reduced from 2.2/2.3/2.4/2.5% to 2%.
- Bloodrage: The bonus attack speed has increased from 50/80/110/140 to 60/90/120/150.
- Blood Rite: Damage has reduced from 120/180/240/300 to 120/160/200/240.
- Blood Rite: Reload has been increased from 12 to 15/14/13/12.
- Blood Rite: Mana consumption has increased from 70/80/90/100 to 90/100/110/120.
- Thirst: Cure maximum health of creeps has increased from 8/12/16/20% to 11/14/17/20%.
- Thirst: The ability no longer heals its wielder when an enemy creep dies within a 300 range of the wielder.
- Thirst: Heals the wielder at full health if an enemy creep dies within a 300 range.
- Thirst: Cure maximum health heroes has decreased from 12/18/24/30% to 10/15/20/25%.
- Rupture: Mana consumption has decreased from 200/225/250 to 100/150/200.
- Rupture: Movement damage has increased from 30/45/60% to 36/48/60%.
- Level 25 Talent: Blood Rite cooldown reduction has decreased from 5 to 4 seconds.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Each attack under Bloodrage heals the hero at 1.5% of his maximum health and deals the same amount of net damage. Only affects the ability of the owner.
BOUNTY HUNTER
- Base movement speed has increased from 315 to 320.
- Intelligence changed from 19 + 2 to 22 + 1.9.
- Shadow Walk: Movement slowdown has increased from 14/20/26/32% to 16/24/32/40%.
- Track: Radius increase in movement speed has increased from 900 to 1200.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: The acceleration from Track works on allied units, but only at half speed. Gives up to an 800 radius around the target.
BREWMASTER
- Base Agility has decreased from 22 to 19.
- Drunken Brawler: Now gives a 6/12/18/24% chance to dodge attacks and a 24% chance to deal 145/160/175/190% damage with a critical hit.
- Drunken Brawler: The ability can now be triggered, giving a 3x chance to dodge and crit, but movement speed varies between -20% and +40%. Lasts 5 seconds.
- Drunken Brawler: Cooldown has increased from 23/21/19/17 to 29/25/21/17 seconds.
- Primal Split: Earth Warrior’s armor has increased from 3 to 3/5/7.
- Primal Split: Earth Warrior’s health has increased from 1500/2200/3000 to 1400/2200/3000.
- Primal Split: Earth Warrior’s health regeneration has increased from 1/2/2 to 2/4/6.
- Primal Split: Upgrade health of Storm Warrior has increased from 1/2/2 to 2/4/6.
- Primal Split: Magnetic Resistance to Storm Warrior has increased from 0 to 25%.
- Primal Split: Health has been reduced from 1000/1500/1900 to 1000/1400/1800 in Storm Warrior
- Primal Split: Fire Warrior’s armor has increased from 0/3/6 to 0/4/8.
- Primal Split: Fire Warrior’s health regeneration has increased from 2/4/4 to 2/4/6.
- Primal Split: Fire Warrior now has 30% affect resistance.
- Changed improvement from Aghanim’s Scepter. Improves Primal Split. Gives the ability 2 charges and allows it to interrupt at any time. The hero will move back to the position of the warrior who was affected by the cancellation. Normal cooldown time is equal to normal cooldown.
- Level 10 Talent: +175 to health replaced with +1 second delay from Thunder Clap.
- Level 15 Talent: “+2.5 sec. Thunder Clap” replaced with “+30% to duration and damage from Cinder Brew”.
- Level 15 Talent: “+15% to magic resistance” replaced with “+350 to health”.
- Level 25 Talent: Drunken Brawler Critical Damage Bonus has reduced from 120% to 80%.
- Level 25 Talent: “-65 second cooldown on Primal Split” replaced with “Warriors gain Drunken Brawler Passive Ability”.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Adds a warrior of the void to the Primal Split ability. Has Astral Pulse ability, which slows enemies within 500 range by 20/30/40% and causes them to become helpless. Duration: 2.5 seconds. Reload time: 20 seconds.
BRISTLEBACK
- Warpath: Bonus to damage per effect has increased from 22/28/34 to 25/30/35.
- Viscous Nasal Goo: Aghanim’s Scepter now increases max effects from 4 to 8.
- Viscous Nasal Goo: Radius with Scepter has increased from 825 to 950.
- Level 15 Talent: “+5 to max effects of Viscous Nasal Goo” replaced with “+15 to attack speed.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Gives a new ability: Hairball. Coughs up a clump of needles into the specified area. Upon landing, it bursts and deals a Viscous Nasal Goo and a Quill Spray to all enemies within 700 range. Range: 1500. Reload time: 20 seconds. Mana consumption: 100.
BROODMOTHER
- Dexterity Gain reduced from 3.2 to 3.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Grants a new ability: Silken Bola. Spends one charge of Spin Web to cast a 2 second stupor on a target unit. Range: 900. Reload Time: 12 seconds. Mana consumption: 50.
CHAOS KNIGHT
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Chaos Bolt creates a copy of Phantasm’s ability that attacks the target while it is stunned. Increases its range by 300.
CHEN
- Divine Favor: The ability is now a passive aura.
- Holy Persuasion: The ability can now be applied to an already-subdued unit which allows you to teleport it to yourself. When applied to himself, the hero will teleport all of his subordinate creeps to himself.
- Level 10 Talent: has increased health bonus from 150 to 175.
- Level 10 Talent: has increased spell range bonus from 150 to 175.
- Level 15 Talent: “-32 sec. of Divine Favor cooldown” replaced by +12% to slow from Penitence”.
- Level 25 Talent: “+4 max creatures at Holy Persuasion” replaced with “+3 charge Holy Persuasion, +3 to max creatures”.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Allows you to apply Divine Favor to an ally to teleport them to the fountain after a delay of 6 seconds. Cannot use on magic immune allies. Reload: 35 seconds. Mana consumption: 200. Range: 500. Can be dispelled.
CLINKZ
- Base mana regeneration has decreased from 0.25 to 0.
- Level 10 Talent: “Ending Skeleton Walk summons a skeleton from Burning Army” replaced with “+8 to Agility”.
- Level 20 Talent: “Kills reset Death Pact cooldown” replaced by “-10 sec. Strafe cooldown”.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Ending Skeleton Walk summons two skeletons from Burning Army.
CLOCKWERK
- Level 25 Talent: “+40% Resistance to Magic” replaced by “Immunity to Magic inside Power Cogs”.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Gives a new ability: Jet Pack. The hero soars into the sky, gaining unobstructed movement and visibility. Movement speed is has increased by 15%, but the hero cannot attack and has a reduced turning speed. Lasts 6 seconds or until the Hookshot ability is applied. Reload: 25 seconds. Mana consumption: 150.
CRYSTAL MAIDEN
- Frostbite: Interval damage reduced from 0.7 to 0.25 seconds (total damage is unchanged and takes 0.25 seconds to deal).
- Frostbite: Intermittent damage has been changed to a fixed 25 damage every 0.25 seconds, rather than depending on cumulative damage. Damage is unchanged under normal circumstances, but will deal more damage if its duration is has increased, e.g. by using a talent or by reducing the target’s resistance to effects.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Decreases the cooldown of Frostbite’s ability and lets you cast it on yourself to reduce damage by 70%. No movement or attack is allowed. Using Frostbite does not interrupt other abilities if the target is in range.
DARK SEER
- Ion Shell: Radius has increased from 250 to 275.
- Level 15 Talent: “Ion Shell gives +350 to max health” replaced with “+6 to armor”.
- Level 20 Talent: “+8 to Armor” replaced with “+1 Seconds of Slowdown from Wall of Replica
- Changed upgrade from Aghanim’s Scepter. Improves Ion Shell. Replaces the cooldown of two charges. The ability lasts 20 seconds longer and increases target health by 350.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Grants a new ability: Normal Punch. Passive attack effect with cooldown. Next time you attack an enemy hero, it gives the illusion of the Wall of Replica, stuns, deals bonus damage, and pushes him away. The strength of the effect depends on how much distance the enemy hero traveled in the 3 seconds before the attack. At a distance of 1500 the maximum effect is achieved: 2 seconds stun, 250 damage and a push of 350. Illusion lives for 5 seconds. Reload: 14 seconds.
DARK WILLOW
- Base intelligence has increased by 3.
- Cursed Crown: Range has increased from 600 to 600/625/650/675.
- Bramble Maze: Range now rescaled from 1200 to 1100/1200/1300/1400
- Terrorize: Range has been reduced from 1500 to 1300
- Level 10 Talent: Bonus to stun duration for Cursed Crown has increased from 0.4 to 0.6 seconds.
- Level 10 Talent: “+100 to range of spells” replaced with “-2 sec. of Shadow Realm cooldown.
- Level 15 Talent: “-2 sec. Shadow Realm cooldown” replaced with “+125 to spell range.
- Level 20 Talent: Bramble Maze cooldown has reduced from 10 to 8 seconds.
- Level 25 Talent: Terrorize duration bonus has increased from 1.3 to 1.5 seconds.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: When Cursed Crown’s countdown ends or its effect is dispelled, 4 thorn bushes appear around the target. Reduces cooldown by 3 seconds.
CENTAUR WARRUNNER
- Stampede: Duration changed from 4 to 3.5/4/4.5 seconds.
- Stampede: Damage multiplier per power has increased from 100/200/300% to 200/250/300%.
- Level 15 Talent: Changed from “+40 damage” to “+1 second Stampede”.
- Aghanim’s Shard: Applying Double Edge increases an ability’s power by 15% for each hero hit for 12 seconds. Gaining a new effect resumes the duration, and there can only be a maximum of 5 in total. Also slows victims by 15% for 2 seconds.
DAZZLE
- Shallow Grave: Duration changed from 5 to 4/4.5/5.5 seconds.
- Shallow Grave: Reload has decreased from 60/46/32/18 to 42/34/26/18 seconds
- Shallow Grave: Range rescaled from 550/700/850/1000 to 700/800/900/1000.
- Level 15 Talent: “+30 to heal/ damage from Shadow Wave” replaced with “+35 to attack speed.
- Changed improvement from Aghanim’s Scepter. Improves Shadow Wave. Can deal a debuff to allied units. Increases cure by 60 and damage by 80.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Each time the hero uses this ability, he attacks three nearby enemies (mainly heroes) within a 1200 radius.
DEATH PROPHET
- Base movement speed has increased from 310 to 335.
- Spirit Siphon: The ability no longer steals movement speed.
- Spirit Siphon: Charge Recovery Time reduced from 45/40/35/30 to 36/34/32/30 seconds.
- Exorcism: Spirit Movement speed has increased from 500 to 525.
- Hero Turn Rate has increased from 0.5 to 0.8.
- Level 25 Talent: “Exorcism gives the effect of an acceleration rune” replaced by “-20 sec Spirit Siphon regeneration.
- Aghanim’s Shard: Spirit Siphon’s ability steals 0.75 armor per second from the target. Armor changes on both the hero and the victim after 14 seconds.
DISRUPTOR
- Level 10 Talent: Kinetic Field cooldown reduction from 2 to 3 seconds.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Allows you to use Thunder Strike on an ally to deal damage around them. Each time it strikes (every 2 seconds), the ally is affected for 1 second, giving +50% to movement speed and +75 to attack speed. When applied to an ally, the radius is has increased by 160.
DOOM
- Modified upgrade from Aghanim’s Scepter. Improves Doom. Decreases cooldown from 145 to 100 seconds and imposes attrition on victims.
- Level 10 Talent: has increased duration bonus to Doom from 2 to 3 seconds.
- Aghanim’s Shard ability: Increases duration of stun of Infernal Blade from 0.6 to 1.2 seconds. If the victim is a level 3 or higher than 24, duration of stun is has increased by 0.6 seconds and damage has increased by 150.
DRAGON KNIGHT
- Breathe Fire: Manacost reduced from 100/110/120/130 to 90/100/110/120.
- Dragon Tail: Damage has increased from 25/50/75/100 to 50/75/100/125.
- Elder Dragon Form: Massive attack radius has increased from 300 to 350.
- Level 15 Talent: Health Bonus has increased from 350 to 400.
- Aghanim’s Shard: Gets the Fireball ability while in dragon form. Targets an area with a 450 radius for 10 seconds, dealing 80 damage per second. Range: 1400. Reload Time: 20 seconds. Mana consumption: 150.
DROW RANGER
- Base damage reduced by 2.
- Frost Arrows: Slowdown has decreased from 16/32/48/64% to 15/30/45/60%.
- Marksmanship: Dexterity bonus now changed from 28/36/44% to 25/35/45%.
- Marksmanship: Bonus to damage has reduced from 70/80/90 to 50/70/90
- Level 20 Talent: “+2.5 sec. silent Gust” replaced with “-4 sec. cooldown Gust”.
- Ability from Aghanim’s Shard: Frost Arrows ability applies cooldown effect to the victim. Each effect reduces health regeneration by 10% and lasts 7 seconds. If an enemy hero dies under the effects of cooldown, all enemies within a radius of 650 around him take 60 magical damage for the effect and are slowed by 25% for 2 seconds. Maximum effects: 7.
EARTH SPIRIT

GLEIPNIR
- Requires Maelstrom, Rod of Atos, and a 700 gold recipe.
- Gives +30 to damage, +20 to Intelligence, +12 to Strength, and +12 to Dexterity. Passive: Attacks produce chain lightning that deals 160 damage.
- Active: Applies to an area with a 450 radius, striking each enemy unit with lightning, casting a 2 second stupor and creating a chain lightning bolt that deals 220 damage. Range: 1100. Mana consumption: 200.
MAGE SLAYER
- Requires Cloak, Blade of Alacrity, Claymore, and a 600 gold recipe.
- Gives +20% to magic resistance, +20 to agility, and +20 to damage. Attacks impose an effect that reduces spell damage by 35%. Effect lasts 4 seconds.
ETERNAL SHROUD
- Requires Hood of Defiance, Voodoo Mask, and a recipe for 1,100 gold.
- Gives +8.5 health regeneration, +20% to vampirism spells on heroes, and +4% to vampirism spells on creeps.
- Can be activated to create a shield that blocks up to 400 magical damage and turns it into mana. Lasts 12 seconds. Reloads in 60 seconds. Mana consumption: 50.
HELM OF THE DOMINATOR
- The Helm of the Dominator can now be upgraded to Helm of the Dominator’s second level through the purchase of an Ultimate Orb and a recipe for 1,600 gold.
- Allows the taming of ancient creeps. Increases minimum health of creeps to 1800, and bonuses to Attributes, Armor, and Health regeneration from 6/6/6 to 20/8/8.
OVERWHELMING BLINK
- Requires the Blink Dagger, Reaver, and a recipe for 1,750 gold.
- Gives +25 bonus Strength. Once moved, deals 200+100% Blink damage to all enemies within 800 range and slows their movement by 50% and attacks by 50. Slow lasts 6 seconds.
SWIFT BLINK
- Requires Blink Dagger, Eaglesong, and a recipe for 1750 gold.
- Grants +25 to dexterity. Once moved, wielder gains +30% to movement speed, +40 to damage, +40 to attack speed, and can pass through creatures for 6 seconds.
ARCANE BLINK
- Requires the Blink Dagger, Mystic Staff, and a recipe for 1750 gold. Gives +25 intelligence. When moved, wielder gains +25% to ability cooldown reduction for 6 seconds and -50% to delay before ability use. No effect on items.
WIND WAKER
- Requires Eul’s Scepter of Divinity, Mystic Staff, and a 1,600 gold recipe. Grants +50 movement speed, +6 mana regeneration, and +35 intelligence. Allows use of Cyclone’s ability on allied units. When applied to yourself, wielder can move Cyclone in any direction at 360 speed.
