New 7.27 Patch in Dota 2

Valve has updated its leading title - Dota 2, which attracts hundreds of thousands of players every day. Developers have changed the camps of neutral creeps, upped experiences, and have both added new items and changed some of the older ones. General Changes

  • Basic experience for killing a hero has been increased from 40 to 100.
  • Base Gold for killing a hero increased from (99 + 7.2 * level) to (120 + 8 * level).
  • Help Gold increased from (45 + 0.033 * value) to (30 + 0.038 * value).
  • Passive increase in gold increased from 85 to 95 per minute.
  • Gold for runes of wealth is now considered reliable.
  • Gold for the first/second/third/fourth Tower has been changed from 180 to 120/140/160/180.
  • The award for a stack of neutral creeps has been increased from 35 to 40%.
  • Neutral creep camps near the centre line have been changed from medium to small.
  • Camp with ancient looters has been removed.
  • The location of trees in the lowlands near outposts has been changed so that they cannot be captured without cutting down trees.
  • Removed one of the trees to make a passage to the right of the first central tower of Light.
  • The middle camp to the right of the secret shop of Light’s forces became complicated.
  • Two creep camps were swapped: the complex one to the right of the second upper Tower of Light’s Forces and the ancient one in the main forest.
  • The zone of creeps’ appearance in the complex camp next to the LightForce light line was reduced.
  • The zone of creeps’ appearance in the small Light Force Camp on the Light Line is increased.
  • Reduced creep zone in small Darkness Force Camp.
  • Now an enemy team cannot take over your outpost until it has destroyed at least one other tower.
  • Now you can always see the enemies capturing the outpost.
  • The Alt key is now pressed to show the view radius of the outposts.
  • All creeps on the lines now do not attack enemy heroes unless they are near enemy/neutral creeps or within 1,550 of their first tower. This rule applies until the catapult wave that appears at 05:00.
  • Gold for Courier Kill is reduced from (30 + 7/a level) to (25 + 5/a level).
  • Now couriers become flying when they receive level 4 instead of level 5.
  • The courier’s movement speed is now reduced by 15% when carrying consumables.
  • The armor formula has changed: (armor * 0.06 / ( 1 + armor * 0.06).
  • Armor for dexterity point is slightly increased from 0.16 to 1/6.
  • Increased attack speed of the first towers (interval between attacks. reduced from 1 to 0.9 seconds, and the base attack speed increased from 100 to 110).
  • Damage to the first towers decreased from 110 to 90 (damage per second remains the same).
  • Second, third and fourth towers’ attack speed increased (interval between attacks reduced from 0.95 to 0.9 seconds, and base attack speed increased from 100 to 110).
  • Damage to the second, third and fourth towers has been reduced from 200 to 172 (damage per second remains the same).
  • The catapult’s health has been increased by 60.
  • Order of heroes selection in All Pick mode has been changed. Now each team takes two heroes at a stage before showing them to the enemy. In the final round, both teams take one hero each. (So this has been changed from 1/1/1/1 to 2/2/1).
  • The number of bans in All Pick mode has been changed from 10 to 12.
  • In the first two stages of All Pick mode, 5 extra seconds are added for selecting heroes.
  • The number of bans in Captain’s Mode has been changed from 4/1/1 for three ban stages to 2/3/2.
  • The duration of hero selection and bans in Captain’s Mode has been reduced from 35 to 30 seconds.
  • Changed the first stage of selection in Captain’s Mode: there was Light/Dark/Dark/Light, there was Light/Dark/Light/Dark (if forces of Light are selected first).
  • Changed the third stage of ban in Captain’s Mode: there was Dark/Light, now Light/Dark/Light/Dark.
  • The number of available heroes in Random Draft mode has been reduced from 40 to 33.
  • Fountains now have attack mechanics like fury swipes, increasing damage by 3 for each strike.
  • Enemy Distance, where no neutral items can fall out, has been increased from 900 to 1,200.
  • Neutral items no longer fall out if the closest hero that kills them teleports.
  • Neutral items no longer fall out for Meepo copies if the original Meepo is not nearby.
  • Vampirism gains are now combined by the law of diminishing utility, not adding up.
  • The recovery gain is now combined by the law of diminishing utility, not folding.
  • Treatment gains are now combined by the law of diminishing utility, not adding up.
  • Vampirism gains are now combined by spells of diminishing utility, not by adding them.

Items Changes

NECRONOMICON

  • The Archer Warrior no longer gives an Aura (the creatures’ movement and attack speed has been increased by as much as the Aura gave);
  • Warriors’ attack type is changed from infiltrating to heroic, and damage is changed so that they deal 57% less damage to creeps, 10% less damage to buildings, and 26% more damage to heroes;
  • Mana recovery is reduced from 3/3.5/4 to 2/3/4;
  • Last Will’s ability no longer deals damage through its susceptibility to spells.

HELM OF THE DOMINATOR

  • No longer gives an aura that increases damage and restores health;
  • The subordinate cryp now has an effect of +40 to basic damage, +12 to health recovery, and +4 to mana recovery;
  • Dominate: The reload has been reduced from 60 to 45 seconds;
  • Now requires Helm of Iron Will, Crown and a recipe for 725 gold to build;
  • Now gives +6 to armor, +6 to restore health and +6 to all attributes.

VLADMIR’S OFFERING

  • The assembly now requires the Mask of Death, Blades of Attack, Ring of Basilius and a recipe for 600 gold (total cost increased from 2300 to 2375);
  • Vladmir’s Aura: No longer increases armor by 3;
  • No longer gives +5 to all attributes;
  • Vladmir’s Aura: Vampirism has been reduced from 20% to 15%;
  • Vladmir’s Aura: Now gives +18% to the damage;
  • Additional mana recovery increased from 1.5 to 2.

DRUM OF ENDURANCE

  • The assembly now requires Crown, Sage’s Mask, Wind Lace and a recipe for 600 gold;
  • Speed Aura: No longer gives +20 to attack speed;
  • Now gives +6 for all attributes, +1.5 for mana recovery and +20 for speed;
  • Endurance: Bonus to attack speed increased from 35 to 45;
  • Endurance: Movement speed bonus increased from 12% to 13%.

BUCKLER

  • Buckler Aura: Bonus armor reduced from 2.5 to 2.

MEKANSM

  • Now you don’t need Chainmail to build it, but Buckler (the total cost is the same);
  • Mekansm Aura: Now gives +3 to armor;
  • The additional armor for the owner has been reduced from 6 to 4;
  • No longer gives +4 to all attributes.

GUARDIAN GREAVES

  • Guardian Aura: Now gives +3 to armor;
  • No longer gives +5 to all attributes;
  • Additional armor for the owner has been reduced from 6 to 4.

CRIMSON GUARD

  • No longer gives +3 to all attributes;
  • Guard: Recharging reduced from 46 to 40 seconds.

BLADE MAIL

  • Now for the assembly you do not need Robe of the Magi, but a recipe for 500 gold;
  • It no longer gives +8 to intelligence;
  • Additional armor increased from 6 to 7;
  • Now has a passive ability, which deals 20 + 20% damage in response to each attack;
  • Damage Return: Reflected damage has been reduced from 100% to 80%.

485 (BLITZ KNUCKLES)

  • New base item. It costs 1000 gold and gives +35 to the attack speed.

MONKEY KING BAR

  • Now it is not Quarterstaff that is required for the assembly, but Blitz Knuckles;
  • Additional damage has been reduced from 52 to 42;
  • Additional attack speed increased from 10 to 35.

OBLIVION STAFF

  • Additional damage has been increased from 10 to 15.

ORCHID MALEVOLENCE

  • Additional mana recovery has been reduced from 5.5 to 4;
  • Additional intelligence reduced from 25 to 20;
  • The cost of the prescription was reduced from 775 to 475 (total cost was reduced from 3875 to 3475).

SHADOW AMULET

  • The cost has been reduced from 1400 to 1000.

GLIMMER CAPE

  • Now the assembly requires Shadow Amulet, Cloak and Gloves of Haste.

SHADOW BLADE

  • Now Shadow Amulet, Blitz Knuckles and Broadsword are required for the build;
  • Additional attack speed increased from 30 to 35;
  • Additional damage has been reduced from 27 to 25.

ECHO SABRE

  • Echo Strike: Now it only works for the real hero.

SILVER EDGE

  • Now you need Echo Sabre instead of Ultimate Orb to build it;
  • Now gives +40 to damage, +35 to attack speed, +12 to strength, +10 to intelligence, and +1.5 to mana recovery (among other bonuses from build components).

BRACER

  • The additional force/intelligence/flexibility has been reduced from 6/3/3 to 5/2/2;
  • No longer gives +4% to magic resistance;
  • Now gives +3 to damage and +0.75 to health recovery.

WRAITH BAND

  • The additional force/intelligence/flexibility has been reduced from 3/3/6 to 2/2/5;
  • Now gives +1.5 to armor and +5 to attack speed.

NULL TALISMAN

  • Additional force/intelligence/flexibility has been reduced from 3/6/3 to 2/5/2;
  • Now gives +0.6 to mana recovery and +3% to damage from spells.

RING OF REGEN

  • Additional health recovery has been reduced from 1.75 to 1.5;
  • The cost was reduced from 225 to 175 gold.

SAGE’S MASK

  • Additional mana recovery reduced from 1 to 0.6;
  • Cost reduced from 225 to 175 gold.

RING OF PROTECTION

  • The cost was increased from 150 to 175.

RING OF BASILIUS

  • The cost of the recipe has been increased from 200 to 250 (total cost is the same: 425).

HEADDRESS

  • The cost of the recipe has been increased from 200 to 250 (total cost is the same: 425).

BUCKLER

  • The cost of the prescription has been reduced from 225 to 200 (total cost: 375).

URN OF SHADOWS

  • The cost of the prescription has been increased from 310 to 345 (total cost is the same: 840).

PIPE OF INSIGHT

  • The cost of the prescription has been increased from 1200 to 1250 (total cost is the same: 3425).

TRANQUIL BOOTS

  • The additional travel speed when on has been reduced from 75 to 70 (total cost has been reduced from 975 to 925);
  • The extra driving speed when off has been reduced from 50 to 45 (total cost reduced from 975 to 925).

KAYA

  • No longer gives +12% to the reduction of mana consumption and loss;
  • Now gives +24% to increase mana recovery;
  • Now gives +24% to vampirism enhancement with spells.

YASHA AND KAYA

  • No longer gives +18% to the reduction of consumption and mana loss;
  • Now gives +30% to increase mana recovery;
  • Additional damage from spells increased from 14% to 16%;
  • Now gives +30% to vampirism enhancement with spells.

KAYA AND SANGE

  • No longer gives +18% to the reduction of consumption and mana loss;
  • Now gives +30% to increase mana recovery;
  • Additional damage from spells increased from 14% to 16%;
  • Now gives +30% to vampirism enhancement with spells.

BLOODSTONE

  • No longer gives +12% to the reduction of mana consumption and loss;
  • Now gives +30% to increase vampirism with spells;
  • Now gives +10% to magic resistance;
  • Bloodpact: Reduces recharging from 250 to 85 seconds.

SANGE

  • No longer increases vampirism from spells (nor does it improve).

SOUL BOOSTER

  • Now gives +10% magic resistance.

OCTARINE CORE

  • Now gives +10% magic resistance;
  • The assembly now requires Soul Booster, Voodoo Mask and a recipe for 900 gold (total cost reduced from 5900 to 5000);
  • No longer gives you extra intelligence.

473

  • New base item. Gives +12% to vampire spells (2.5% on crypts). Worth 900 gold.

VEIL OF DISCORD

  • The bonus to all attributes has been reduced from 9 to 4;
  • The cost of the recipe has been reduced from 1150 to 650;
  • Magic Weakness: Recharging increased from 20 to 25 seconds;
  • Magic Weakness: Additional damage from spells reduced from 20% to 18%.

HOLY LOCKET

  • Energy Charge Can now be used on allies. Range of application: 500.

SOUL RING

  • The assembly now requires 2 Gauntlets of Strength, Ring of Protection and a recipe for 350 gold (the total cost was the same);
  • Now gives +6 to strength and +2 to armor;
  • No longer gives +2.25 to restore health.

HYPERSTONE

  • Additional attack speed increased from 55 to 60.

ASSAULT CUIRASS

  • Assault Aura: Additional attack speed increased from 25 to 30;
  • No longer gives +5 to all attributes.

BLOODTHORN

  • Additional attack speed increased from 85 to 90.

BATTLE FURY

  • Now you don’t need a Mithril Hammer, you need a Claymore for assembly;
  • The additional damage has been reduced from 60 to 55;
  • Additional mana recovery reduced from 3.75 to 3.25.

BROADSWORD

  • Additional damage has been reduced from 16 to 15.

CRYSTALYS

  • Additional damage has been reduced from 34 to 32;
  • The cost of the recipe has been reduced from 700 to 500.

CLOAK

  • The cost was reduced from 550 to 450.

HOOD OF DEFIANCE

  • The cost of the prescription has been increased from 200 to 300 (total cost is the same).

SATANIC

  • Now the recipe for 500 gold is required for the assembly.

METEOR HAMMER

  • Meteor Hammer: Recharging reduced from 28 to 24 seconds;
  • Meteor Hammer: Stun duration reduced from 2 to 1.75 seconds;
  • Now the assembly requires Perseverance, Crown and a recipe for 200 gold;
  • Now gives +8 for all attributes, +6.5 for health recovery and +2.5 for mana recovery.

SPIRIT VESSEL

  • No longer gives an aura that reduces the treatment;
  • Soul Release: Health recovery per second increased from 30 to 40;
  • Soul Release: Damage per second increased from 25 to 35;
  • Soul Release: Enemy health reduction increased from 35% to 45%.

SHIVA’S GUARD

  • Freezing Aura: Now reduces treatment by 25%;
  • The cost of the prescription has been increased from 650 to 750.

DAGON

  • The assembly now requires the Belt of Strength, Band of Elvenskin, Robe of the Magi and a recipe for 1250 gold;
  • Now gives +6/8/10/12/14 to all attributes;
  • The price of the recipe has been increased from 1250 to 1300.

HEART OF TARRASQUE

  • No longer gives +10 to health recovery and does not strengthen treatment and recovery;
  • Now passively restores 1% of max. health every second;
  • Health Regeneration: Now strengthens health recovery by 50%;
  • The additional strength has been reduced from 45 to 40;
  • The cost of the prescription has been increased from 400 to 650.

EYE OF SKADI

  • Cold Attack: Reduction of treatment enhanced from 35% to 40%;
  • Cold Attack: Deceleration increased from 20/45 to 25/50.

QUELLING BLADE

  • The cost has been reduced from 150 to 130 gold;
  • Quell: Additional Crips damage in close combat has been reduced from 18 to 15;
  • Quell: Additional damage to creeps in close combat has been increased from 5 to 6.

LINKEN’S SPHERE

  • The cost of the recipe has been reduced from 1200 to 900 gold.

ABYSSAL BLADE

  • The application range has been reduced from 600 to 550.

HEAVEN’S HALBERD

  • The chance of evasion has been reduced from 25% to 20%.

DRAGON LANCE

  • Extra agility increased from 12 to 14.

HAND OF MIDAS

  • Transmute: Experience multiplier increased from 1.85 to 2.1.

REFRESHER ORB

  • Reset: Recharging reduced from 195 to 180 seconds.

ULTIMATE ORB

  • The cost was reduced from 2150 to 2050 gold.

INFUSED RAINDROPS

  • Mana regeneration was reduced from 0.9 to 0.8.

NULLIFIER

  • Nullify: Projectile speed increased from 750 to 1000.

AGHANIM’S BLESSING

  • The cost of the recipe has been reduced from 1800 to 1600.

AETHER LENS

  • The cost of the recipe has been reduced from 600 to 550.

BOOTS OF TRAVEL

  • Now reduces the teleportation recharge by 30 seconds, not 40.

SMOKE OF DECEIT

  • The cost was reduced from 80 to 50 gold.

SENTRY WARD

  • The shop arrival time has been reduced from 90 to 85 seconds.

PLACE OF KNOWLEDGE

  • The cost was reduced from 150 to 75 gold.

GLOVES OF HASTE

  • The item has been moved from the Miscellaneous section to the Equipment section, to other items that increase the attack speed.

MANGO TREE

  • The mango selection range has been extended from the standard 150 to 300;
  • Now has an icon on the mini-map;
  • Can no longer fall out if another consumable object of the same category falls out.

IRON TALON

  • Chop: Damage reduced from 50% to 40%.

ROYAL JELLY

  • It can no longer fall out if another expendable object of the same discharge falls out.

BROOM HANDLE

  • Extra range of attack increased from 35 to 50.

FADED BROACH

  • The extra travel speed has been reduced from 25 to 20.

ARCANE RING

  • Additional armor reduced from 3 to 2.

VAMPIRE FANGS

  • The additional night view is increased from 250 to 300.

PHILOSOPHER’S STONE

  • Damage reduction attenuated from 35 to 30.

ESSENCE RING

  • Life Essence: Recharging increased from 20 to 25 seconds.

CLUMSY NET

  • Ensnare: Range of application reduced from 650 to 600;
  • Bonus to all attributes reduced from 6 to 5.

GREATER FAERIE FIRE

  • It can no longer fall out if another expendable object of the same discharge falls out;
  • Additional damage increased from 35 to 40.

REPAIR KIT

  • It can no longer fall out if another expendable object of the same discharge falls out;
  • Building Repair: Now recharging for 60 seconds;
  • Additional health recovery increased from 20 to 25.

SPIDER LEGS

  • Scurry: Recharging increased from 10 to 12 seconds.

ENCHANTED QUIVER

  • Certain Strike: No longer gives constant +400 to the copy range from the Tempest Double ability;
  • Certain Strike: Reduced reload from 6 to 5 seconds.

ORB OF DESTRUCTION

  • Impeding Corruption: Armour reduction reduced from 5 to 4;
  • Impeding Corruption: Slowdown increased from 20/10% to 25/15%.

MIND BREAKER

  • Silence Strike: Recharging reduced from 20 to 15 seconds.

TITAN SLIVER

  • The additional baseline damage has been increased from 16% to 20%;
  • Additional effect resistance reduced from 16% to 12%.

PALADIN SWORD

  • Additional damage has been increased from 17 to 20;
  • Additional vampirism has been reduced from 17% to 16%;
  • Greater Healing: Increase in health recovery, treatment and vampirism reduced from 17% to 14%.

PRINCE’S KNIFE

  • Hex Strike: Recharging reduced from 12 to 10 seconds.

FLICKER

  • Flicker: Now moves a minimum of 200 units;
  • Flicker: The maximum range has been reduced from 450 to 400.

ILLUSIONIST’S CAPE

  • Create Illusion: Damage by illusion increased from 150% to 200%.

HAVOC HAMMER

  • Havoc: Range increased from 350 to 400;
  • Havoc: Base damage increased from 225 to 275.

MAGIC LAMP

  • Rejuvenate: Treatment increased from 300 to 400.

PIRATE HAT

  • No longer steals gold from the killings;
  • It can be used to dig up the rune of wealth;
  • Recharge: 40 seconds.
