Upcoming Games of 2019 – What to Expect?

Hey, 2019 is not so far away. Actually, it’s coming pretty fast, so maybe we should start to think about all the great PC games we’re most psyched to try next year. This list is not final, and we will keep you updated with every huge announcement from the games industry. Let’s start?

Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord

  • Release date: TBA
  • Developer: TaleWorlds Entertainment

Forever isn’t enough sometimes. But we keep telling ourselves that Mount & Blade 2 is worth the wait. Because if it wasn’t published in 2017, it would be published in 2018, right? Okay, If not 2018, then we have to wait till 2019, right? Right?! Mount & Blade is a brilliant and outstanding sandbox RPG, so the sequel must be even better. So we’re waiting and making funny memes about one of the most anticipated RPG titles for a decade.

  • Release date: 2019
  • Developer: Remedy

Control is Remedy’s brainchild who wants to mix the gunplay of their not-so-successful Quantum Break, and an open-ended quest. There will be a labyrinth. And it’s not just a regular labyrinth, it’s the headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control! Huh, sounds awesome and safe, yeah? The game’s hero is the new FBC boss, and he must destroy corruption within the bureau.

  • Releases: February 22, 2019
  • Developer: BioWare

Welcome to a brave new world of warriors trying to protect humanity, and help themselves with collecting some needed stuff from loots. Made for multiplayer-mode, Anthem guarantees a terrific journey with rockets, giant monsters, and never-ending storms. There were some naysayers, because, well, the developer is BioWare, but the E3 presentation convinced us the game is good.

Atomic Heart

  • Release date: 2019
  • Developer: Mundfish

Mundfish is a company of game developers that seemingly came from nowhere. Nobody had heard about them. Nevertheless, they are ready to provide us and the overall gaming community with an outstanding open-world shooter. We can guarantee the Atomic Heart trailer will leave you speechless, especially if you like Metro and Fallout. So, you find yourself in the Soviet Union, and of course you will feel some Half Life 2 vibes. Can’t wait!

The Division 2

  • Release date: March 15, 2019
  • Developer: Ubisoft

Ubisoft is preparing The Division 2. The game is made for multiplayer mode shooting in the Washington DC streets. The newer the better, so when you raid you’ll get eight co-players instead of four, and also Ubisoft wants you to get a free DLC every three months. Well, it’s OK. It’s fine.

Doom Eternal

  • Release date: TBA
  • Developer: id Software

Hooray! Doom is making a comeback, with a hero flying back from a Mars chill vacation to stop the new end of the world. Hell is here, on our Mother Planet Earth! Every skyscraper in New York, Los Angeles or Chicago is in danger, and all because of huge monsters. Hugo Martin, game director, guarantees there will be twice as many monsters to rip and kill. So we are patiently waiting.

The last gameplay video for Doom Eternal was presented at QuakeCon 2018.
