The Mad Milk is a bottle filled with white liquid which, according to the description, is a non-milk substance and can be used as a thrown weapon. The Mad Milk covers a large area and can be used to extinguish and cool down allies who have unfortunately been set on fire. In addition to being a fire extinguisher, allies affected with Mad Milk will heal by the amount of damage that they manage to deal while under the effect of the milk. This can come in very handy when your Medic is nowhere to be found so it might be wise to keep one of these in the hands of your Scout.
2. The Buff Banner

The Buff Banner is a secondary weapon for our favorite infantryman, the Soldier, and it is a very powerful item which once activated, increases the damage output of both you and your nearby allies by 35%. -

The Spy-cicle is a melee weapon for the Spy and can be very powerful if used properly in the game. The Wrangler is an item that goes into the secondary slot of the Engineer and allows him to override his sentry gun and take manual control of it.
